These Terms & Conditions apply to cleaning services supplied by Fisher Parker, trading as Fisher Parker Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).
By accepting a quotation, booking our services, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our services
We provide professional cleaning services including:
Commercial cleaning
Hospitality cleaning
Guest accommodation and turnaround cleaning
Kitchen equipment deep cleaning
One-off deep cleaning
Regular and recurring cleaning
The exact services included in each job will be set out in the quotation, cleaning specification, or other written agreement provided to you.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we do not provide specialist extraction duct cleaning, gas servicing, electrical work, mechanical repairs, or other services requiring specialist certification outside our agreed scope.
3. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available to us at the time, including information provided by you and, where applicable, a site survey.
Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days.
A quotation may be revised if:
The condition or size of the premises is materially different from what was described or observed
Additional work is requested
Access restrictions increase the time or resources required
Specialist materials, equipment or additional labour are required
Parking, permit, congestion, clean-air or other access charges apply
Circumstances outside our reasonable control materially affect the cost of completing the work
We will discuss any material change to the agreed price with you before carrying out additional chargeable work wherever reasonably possible.
4. Site surveys
Where appropriate, we may arrange a free site survey before providing or finalising a quotation.
A site survey allows us to understand access, layout, surfaces, equipment, cleaning requirements and any relevant risks.
A site survey does not commit either party to proceeding with the work unless subsequently agreed.
5. Booking and acceptance
A booking becomes confirmed when we accept the job and you accept our quotation or otherwise confirm the agreed work in writing.
Email, electronic message or another written confirmation may constitute acceptance.
For recurring services, the agreed quotation and cleaning specification will form the basis of the ongoing service.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about the premises and required work
Providing safe and reasonable access at the agreed time
Informing us of known hazards
Advising us of delicate, specialist or high-value surfaces and items
Providing relevant instructions for alarms, keys or access systems where applicable
Ensuring areas requiring cleaning are reasonably accessible
Informing us of equipment, materials or surfaces requiring specialist treatment
Ensuring we have permission to access and work within the premises
Where access cannot be provided as agreed, additional charges may apply.
7. Cleaning standards
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
Cleaning results may vary depending on factors such as age, wear, permanent staining, damage, previous treatment and the condition of the surface or equipment.
We cannot guarantee that permanent staining, discolouration, corrosion, scratching, wear or damage can be removed through cleaning.
8. Existing damage
We are not responsible for defects or damage that existed before our work began.
Where practical, significant visible damage or unusual conditions may be noted during the site survey or before cleaning begins.
You should tell us about any known fragile surfaces, damaged equipment or specialist materials before work starts.
9. Access, keys and security
Where keys, access codes or alarm information are provided to us, we will take reasonable steps to keep them secure and use them only for the purpose of providing the agreed service.
You must tell us promptly if access arrangements change.
We may refuse to enter or continue working where we reasonably believe access is unsafe, unlawful or presents an unacceptable risk.
10. Utilities, drainage and waste
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must provide reasonable access, at no additional charge to Fisher Parker Cleaning Services, to:
A safe and suitable supply of hot and cold water
Mains electricity reasonably required to carry out the agreed services
Suitable sinks, drains or other lawful drainage points for wastewater generated during normal cleaning
Suitable on-site refuse and recycling facilities for ordinary waste generated during the cleaning service
Any other normal utilities reasonably necessary to complete the agreed work
We will use utilities reasonably and only for the purposes of carrying out the agreed cleaning services.
Waste generated during routine cleaning will normally be placed into the customer’s designated on-site refuse or recycling facilities.
Removal, transportation or disposal of waste away from the customer’s premises is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
We do not remove or transport hazardous, clinical, chemical, sharp or otherwise regulated waste unless this has been specifically agreed and we are appropriately authorised to do so.
The customer must tell us in advance about any restrictions affecting water, electricity, drainage, waste disposal or site access.
If suitable utilities, drainage or waste facilities are unavailable and this prevents or materially delays the work, we may suspend the service, reschedule it or agree an additional charge where extra equipment, time or disposal arrangements are required.
11. Parking, permits and access costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for making suitable parking or loading arrangements where reasonably possible.
Where paid parking, permits, congestion charges, clean-air charges, tolls, access fees or similar unavoidable costs are incurred in order to provide the agreed service, these may be added to the invoice unless they were already included in the quotation.
The customer must tell us in advance about known parking restrictions, loading restrictions, access controls or permit requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions or unavailable parking outside our reasonable control.
12. Health and safety
We take health and safety seriously and may carry out risk assessments before or during work.
We reserve the right to stop or postpone work if we reasonably consider conditions unsafe.
Customers must inform us of known hazards that may affect our work, including damaged equipment, hazardous substances, unsafe flooring or structural issues.
13. Chemicals and equipment
We may use professional cleaning chemicals and equipment appropriate to the agreed work.
Products will be used in accordance with relevant instructions and safety information.
Where a customer requests that a particular product or their own cleaning equipment is used, this must be agreed in advance.
We may decline to use customer-supplied products or equipment if we consider them inappropriate or unsafe.
14. Kitchen equipment
Kitchen equipment deep cleaning relates only to areas and equipment within the agreed cleaning scope.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, our service does not include:
Gas servicing or disconnection
Electrical repairs or servicing
Internal extraction duct cleaning
Mechanical repairs
Specialist engineering work
Equipment must be safe to access and, where necessary, switched off and cool before cleaning begins.
15. Charges and payment
Charges will be stated in the quotation or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
For one-off, deep-clean or specialist work with a quoted value above £300, we may require a 25% deposit before confirming the booking. Any deposit requirement will be stated clearly in the quotation.
Additional work outside the agreed scope will only be carried out where authorised by the customer and may be charged separately.
16. Late payment
If an invoice becomes overdue, we may contact you to request payment and may suspend future services until the outstanding amount is settled.
For business customers, we reserve our statutory rights in relation to overdue commercial payments, including statutory interest and recovery costs where applicable.
17. Cancellations and missed access
For one-off bookings:
More than 48 hours’ notice: no cancellation charge.
24 to 48 hours’ notice: we may charge up to 50% of the booked labour charge where we are unable to avoid the resulting loss.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to provide agreed access: we may charge up to 100% of the booked labour charge where the reserved time cannot reasonably be reallocated.
Any cancellation charge will reflect the reasonable loss or costs caused by the cancellation and will not be applied where inappropriate in the circumstances.
18. Recurring services and notice
For recurring cleaning arrangements, the agreed cleaning specification, frequency, access arrangements, charges and any other specific requirements will be confirmed separately.
Unless another notice period is stated in the service agreement, either party may end a recurring service by giving 30 days’ written notice.
We may periodically review recurring arrangements where circumstances, labour requirements, operating costs or the agreed scope materially change.
Any price changes will be communicated before they take effect.
19. Rescheduling or cancellation by us
We may need to rearrange work because of illness, unsafe conditions, severe weather, vehicle or equipment failure, access problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will aim to contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative date.
If we cannot provide the agreed service, you will not be charged for work that has not been carried out.
20. Complaints and problems
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We ask that issues are reported promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, put matters right.

21. Damage and liability
We will take reasonable care while working at your premises.
If we cause damage through our negligence, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide reasonable evidence where requested.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Ordinary wear and tear
Damage caused by defective or unstable items
Permanent stains or deterioration that cleaning cannot reasonably remove
Loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete instructions supplied by the customer
Indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, subject to applicable law
22. Photographs
We may take photographs where reasonably necessary to document the condition of premises or equipment before or after work, including for quality, insurance or dispute purposes.
We will not use identifiable photographs of a customer’s premises for public marketing or social media without appropriate permission.
23. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable care not to disclose confidential information encountered while working at a customer’s premises.
Customers must also keep confidential any non-public commercial information belonging to Fisher Parker that is provided as part of the service.
24. Personal information
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
25. Subcontractors and additional staff
Where necessary, we may use employees, partners or appropriately selected subcontractors to provide services.
We remain responsible for managing the agreed service unless otherwise stated.
26. Ending services immediately
We may suspend or terminate services immediately in serious circumstances, including:
Unsafe working conditions
Abusive or threatening behaviour
Persistent non-payment
Unlawful activity
Material breach of the agreed terms
Repeated failure to provide agreed access
27. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide services where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, major transport disruption, illness, utility failure, emergency restrictions or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
28. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applying to a particular job or ongoing arrangement will normally be the version provided or available when that arrangement was agreed, unless changes are subsequently agreed.
29. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any statutory rights that apply.
